Curt Artery

Curt is an Advocate and Educator of Federal Employees for JDJ Financial Group.  He specializes in working closely with active employees and retirees by teaching workshops, classes and individual counseling sessions.  He emphasizes correct structure of Federal Benefits for those preparing for retirement, assistance with retirement paperwork and guidance for those already retired.

He retired from the United States Post Office with over 42 years in 2017.  Previously, while assisting with the roll-out of the Post Plan, he attended over 50 Town Hall meetings and testified before Congress to help support his Federal Colleagues.   Since retirement Curt continues to work with active and retired Federal employees through his role in UPMA and JDJ Financial Group.

After retiring, Curt recognized that his fellow USPS and Federal Employees were not sufficiently educated on how to safely retire.  Because of this passion, he joined JDJ Financial Group in 2017 to help continue providing support and assistance to current employees of the Federal system and help support the efforts of those looking to successfully retire from Federal Service.
