Janice Erfle

Janice is an Advocate and Educator of Federal Employees for JDJ Financial Group.  She specializes in working closely with active employees and retirees by teaching workshops, classes and individual counseling sessions.  She emphasizes correct structure of Federal Benefits for those preparing for retirement, assistance with retirement paperwork and guidance for those already retired.

Since 1986 Janice has worked tirelessly to interact with congressional offices to support and promote legislation to help all Federal Employees protect benefits.  After retiring with more than 32 years of Federal experience Janice continues to work with active and retired Federal employees through her role in NARFE, UPMA and JDJ Financial Group. 

Once retired, Janice chose to continue her passion of working to help all types of retirees.  Her objective is to provide assistance and support that was not offered to her prior to retirement.  As someone who successfully retired, she is able to help guide on best practices and structing a safe retirement from Federal Service.
